I have 8.1 iso on a bootable usb and whenever i press the option to keep my files and settings, i get this message. I tried following it but it still appears.

So i tried running the setup.exe (from the iso) when my windows is booted up, the only option i get to pick to keep something is " keep personal files only" or "nothing" . How do i keep all my programs and games?

According to the help file, I can't do that. I back it up manually and now windows 8 is asking for the password for my local account. However, I don't have a password.
I tried resetting the password but it won't let me. How do I bypass this?

EDIT: did a clean install, stupid windows 8
