    You might give the free Speccy program a try to see if it may be able to list them all for you.

    We may be able to find you specs with the brand and model number of the laptop as well.

    Ok. What's the brand and model number of the laptop as well?

    Do you have all of the latest drivers installed from the manufacturer download page for your specific laptop model?

    It is a Toshiba P840/015 laptop. I think I have all the latest drivers, but I will check. I thought I would be notified by the Toshiba utility if I need to update my drivers...

    I just checked and there is a New tag next to the BIOS. There is also a NVIDIA driver, but I think it is still the one for Windows 8. And clicking on Windows 8.1 drivers doesn't take anywhere...

    It also shows you have the Intel HD Graphics 4000. Have you installed the latest driver for it?

    I just checked and it says I have the latest driver...
    I had created a system restore point before upgrading... But it was wiped out, so I cannot even downgrade. I thought there would be a way to revert anyway...
    Sorry for all the trouble.

    PS: Apparently I am not the only one to have this problem... Hopefully NVIDIA will do something. Why Windows 8.1 Delivers
