This how you would use Rufus to accomplish creating a win 8 or 8.1 UEIF Boot 64 install media This would be for a clean Install

Why would the OP need to use RUFUS.

The Toshiba OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app (DVD), make three DVD's.

The Toshiba OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app (USB), would use a 32gb USB Pen Drive.

Yes if recovery media is what he wants, what the OP ask for was method for installing Win 8 4 GB USB Fat 32 thumb drive and 10 minute installation at least on a SSD regardless Even to a hard drive the USB method is much faster than DVD Method. And Hours less than a DVD OEM Factory recovery Set of disk. Getting an ISO doesn't seem to be a problem Several methods have been discussed in this forum and there are a couple of different tutorials for doing this! You guys pretty much covered how the OP could recover his OEM Installation. I just jumped in with how to create a USB thumb drive Installation media, easy with out any issues. I guess it goes back to my Win 7 it was very easy to come out with a MBR version even if you know how to do it.
