copy Win 8.1 from PC1 to PC2

I want to copy windows 8.1 from one PC to another and then delete it from the first PC.

How do I do this?

If it was originally pre installed by the manufacturer, you can't. OEM versions are non transferable. If it's a full Retail version just do a clean install on the new second PC and wipe the drive on the original. You may have to activate by phone but that shouldn't be a problem once you tell them its only installed on one PC.

I update from Win7 to Win8 and then updated to Win8.1
Thia I want on my new PC.
