Solved Setup dual boot after installation?

Had a dual-boot XP/W7 laptop... XP on partition 1, Win 7 on partition 2.

I booted from a USB stick, reformatted partition 1 (XP) and installed Win 8 there. It did not setup a dual boot for me.

I know I should have thought of this ahead of time (my bad), BUT... is there anyway, after the fact, to setup dual boot so I can use Win7 that is on partition 2?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.... THX

Thanks guys! I've used EasyBCD in the past. ...never thought of using it without boot manager/multi boot already working.

I'll post the results...

EasyBCD did the trick... THANKS :D.

Had to go into windows advanced startup options and choose Win7 as default before it would give me a boot menu, and it's the Win7 boot menu... but I can figure it out from here... I think!

Thanks again for the suggestions....

Try this... EasyBCD Download Registration Page — NeoSmart Technologies link at bottom of page for non commercial free use....

EasyBCD is really a must have prog.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.... THX

Manually add the Windows 7 entry pointing to the correct partition with EasyBCD

Visual BCD Editor - Windows 7/Vista creates boot loaders for all installed Windows OS automatically.
No manual parameters (partitions, drives, GUIDs or whatever to specify) !

Following Windows versions are supported:
Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 7/8 to VHD installations.
