Broken computer

Help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

I upgraded a Dell Inspiron Desktop to an SSD for the operating system and kept my 1Tb HD a s a second data drive a year ago. Shortly after that I upgraded to windows 8, and a week ago upgraded to 8.1.

Last night after a restart it wont boot up. It goes into some repair process but reverts to a screen that offers restart or advanced option. Advanced options leads to the computer closing down.

Also assuming F8 is for safe mode I cant get into safe mode either.

The SSD with the operating system was running close to full, an prior to this I left the pc running all day with abour 4 virus checkers running.

My only hope appears to be installing windows 7 if there is an iso I can download and using the code on a label on the pc as I have no recollection of how I purchased windows 8.

I'm not actually finding anywhere where I can download a windos 8 or 8.1 iso. I need to do it on a computer other thasn the one I am installing on as that is unstartable. I have found my windows 8 product key thankfully on my back up.

Where can I get a windows 8 iso to download to another pc?
