Installation???Windows 8 Preview.
On this test computer i have 2 hardrives. One has windows 7 and the other hardrives has vista. What i did was partition the vista hardrive so i could put the windows 8 preview on it. It went ok with the Installation.
So when i started this box up this morning it gave me 3 options to click on
Windows 8 preview
Windows 7
Windows vista ok so far.
So i clicked on windows 7 but i had to do a system restore on it. My ??? is why would this have happen since its on its own hardrive. The system restore went ok though.

Hello Alphadog,
Do you mean a
Startup Repair instead?
If so, the boot entry for Windows 7 got messed up somehow on the boot partition, and the startup repair fixed it.
