problem during activate procedure of windows 8

Hi, I have windows 8 64 bit and I try to install to my pc, but when at the end of installation I obtain a "registration requirement".
when I try to call the number for insert the my ID (try to insert the various group of number), at the second group the voices freezes and I cannot continue, can you help me please?

Nothing we can do if the voice freezes. That's a Microsoft problem that they will have to address at their end.

I've used the phone method quite a few times and never had this problem. Actually I've never heard of anyone having the problem.

Where did you get the Windows 8 X64 disc? Is it a retail disc or one you burned from a download? If so, where di you download it from?
