Solved Upgrading my Windows 8.1 to Windows 8 (64)

I have Windows 8.1 (32) installed. Would there be a problem in upgrading to Windows 8 (64) and then downloading the Windows 8.1 upgrade.
Has anyone done this, before?

    ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series (Microsoft Corporation WDDM v 1.1)
You would need to clean install to upgrade to x64.
