Messy Boot File from Old Dual Boot

Hey,

I previously had a Windows 8/Ubuntu dual boot setup and I decided to upgrade to Windows 8.1 and erase the Linux partition. After doing both of these things, Windows 8.1 still has an entry for Ubuntu in the boot order and Ubuntu still shows up in the BIOS, and I have multiple entries for Windows Boot Manager and Windows 8.1 in the BIOS as well.

I'd like to get everything in order. I downloaded EasyBCD to check out what was going on and I currently see this:
Untitled.png

I've tried deleting the Ubuntu entry but it keeps coming back every time I restart. I also looked at a few other BCD entries and from what I could tell, I really only need one for Windows 8.1, so I'd like to find a reliable way to get rid of those other junk entries.

I already tried making a recovery USB and using the recovery console with the commands:
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /rebuildbcd

The first two worked but the last command wouldn't complete. I got a message saying the installation was on an unknown device. Nothing changed as a result of running these commands.

If anyone has any insight, it'd be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.
