Boot from CD on Win8

First you have to enable CD/DVD drive to be first BOOT device, in the BIOS, after finising instalation you can set it to HDD.

In addition to CountMike's suggestion, you could also access your BIOS boot menu on startup. Now, different PCs use different keys to access that boot menu but your BIOS splash screen should tell you which key to press. Once entered, select your CD/DVD drive and away you go! The nice thing about this method is you don't have to go in and toggle the permanent boot order (before and after) because they will remain the same. Good luck.

I am trying to install a new OS and I want to boot from the CD on Win8?

How would I do that?

Does the New OS fully supports uEFI, GPT & Secure Boot.
Which is signed by Microsoft.
