Hello,I've been trying to fix this problem for 2 days now, and well no success I would really appreciate any help since this computer is new and quite powerful for me so I would hate letting it go :(
The computer is an ACER Aspire 3. 4Gb RAM. 500Gb memory.

I'be been using the computer for a month and a half more or less and everything went OK only few small problems but 2 days ago. It did not Boot. When starting the PC the following appreaded:

Recovery
Your PC needs to be repaired

The boot configuration data file is missing some required information.
File:\BCD
Error code: 0x000000d
You'll need toi use the recovery tools on your.....

The first thig I did was creating a bootable USB with W8 software, it did not work. SO i used Rufus, it worked and launched the W8 installation and recovery but when I tried to recover, refresh, anything it told me the disk was locked... or anything the only thing I'm able to access is Command Prompt.
I've been trying some commands that I've seen online but no luck so far. Some commands tell me "OK, succesfully something" But when reboot and I change to default the boot order and UEFI then the same error appars.

I hope someone can help me a bit. If you want me to test anything tell me and I will post the results.

Thanks.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

Try running REFRESH from the Acer USB Pen Driver.

You can order the Microsoft official OEM Recovery disks from the OEM manufacturer's website.

SOLVED:
What I did was inserting a W8 iso into an USB FAT32 then entering Bios and puting USB 1st and windows boot management 2nd then I launched the command prompt and used the following tutorial:Windows 8 Boot Issues? Try Fixing the Master Boot Record (MBR) or Boot Configuration Data (BCD) - TechSpot
It worked! Now i'm in my computer and it works BUT i have a thing in my mind about why this happened. I don't know if it is related but I will tell you adn hope you know whats about.

Almost every time I try shut down my PC it wont go off, it shows me that some application is not allowing to close and then it just gets a black screen and keeps on running.

Any Idea?

Thanks all for help!
