how to install window 8 in my laptop

hello sir,
Recently i took samsung lap where win 8 (licensed) is pre-installed. Due to some virus its giving lot of troubles . i
need
1 a steps to reinstall the OS
2. Is it possible to do partition of 1TB C drive using windows 8 in my lap. If I do will this crash my laptop.

You can order the Microsoft official OEM Recovery disks from the OEM manufacturer's website.
