I'm trying to find the official Microsoft licence agreement for Windows 8.1 Preview - does anyone have a link?

I want to use Windows 8.1 Preview in a VM on a Windows 7 PC.

Normally for the full version of Windows 8, and I guess Windows 8.1 when the full version arrives, you'd need a separate licence for the VM installation. But does this apply to the preview version as well?

I'm trying to find a definitive link on the Microsoft website...

Thanks :)

Yes everyone uses the same key on the 8.1 Preview. It will expire one 15 january 2014.

For the RTM you will need a separate license for the VM.

Well that was my hope... but I was looking for those words (or something like it) on the Microsoft website to confirm it.

Edit: just saw Hopachi's response too. I know there's a single key which is public , but that doesn't mean there aren't licensing restrictions on who can use the Preview, or what they can use it for.

This is a quote for Windows 8.0, but would be the same for Windows 8.1 Preview.

Upgrade to Windows 8 - Microsoft Windows

Purchasing a full version of Windows 8

If you want to build your own PC and install Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro, or want an additional operating system running in either a local virtual machine or separate partition (including a Mac), you can purchase the Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro System Builder products (OEM versions). If available in your country or region, Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro System Builder products can be purchased at participating stores, you'll need to ask a sales rep for more info. This version doesn't include customer support.
