Someone will undoubtedly come up with a hack. But, as this is a general release to the public, I think it is deliberately in there to help, rather than hinder.
i noticed the compat check isnt hardwired tho, it uses a dozen xml files like windows 7.
Interesting compatctrl.dll has a function call that overrides the scan results.
