Cant install win 8 (error:0x80070570) on new tosiba laptop

How far are you actually getting because "when in the middle of installing" doesn't help much. Are you getting to the point where you can "delete existing partitions?" If so, are you wiping the drive clean (erasing all existing partitions) before proceeding?

nono, and there's nothing to do with partitions, cuz mine is brand new, harddisk is still fresh

Im stuck at this part

[v] Copying Windows files
[X] Getting files ready for installation (dunno precisely what percent, maybe its around 50-60%)

and then 0x80070570 error dialog showed, when i click ok, it threw me back at the beginning of the setup again

OK. So YOU KNOW it has nothing to do with partitions;yes? And just how did they test that new hardware before they shipped it? Good luck.

okay so my partition is wrong right? So how do i fix it??

Can you provide me solution please.. it looks like you can solve my problem
