this makes windows 8 quite difficult to use,,,,any help???

why some of the netframe is missing in windows 8 like net frame 3.0 etc. shortcoming of win 8in 8 had included? I think it is. what if w is there any method to fix it? like ,,,,download offline??

Just pop in your windows disk and load a command prompt with admin rights, type:

DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:d:\sources\sxs

where d is your dvd assigned letter, hit enter and let it install the dotnet stuff

You should be able to add what you are missing using Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off. You may be required to install a portion from the web after turning on what you want.

but why windows 8 missed all this? if it wanted to be the best till now then it should have included all these feature cause what the people do if they don't have the internet connection? windows must have known this....

thanks I will try but there are so many files and difficult to understand

Don't think MS is overly concerned with what consumers want.

IF you're talking about installing .net 3.x, from my experience, you can NOT do that from inside Win8 easily.

Why?

Because components needed to install that are ONLY included on actual installation media. MS left these components out of Win8.

I found this out because I installed an app that needed .NET 3.5, and when I went to install it, that install failed. Fortunately, I have an actual Win8 install DVD, so I was able to install from there.
