Hi,
If you. Visit Dell support web site, you can choose to automatically detect your express code, analysis your current configuration and it will give a list of newer drivers that available for your particular computer.
My experience teach me only install driver from Dell, not from OEM even if it is newer.
Cheers

Don't fix it too much if not broken. Everything working OK? Well, then, why bother? What's not working?

If you submit express tag and let it analyse your current configuration, then all drivers listed are newer than what installed. Hope that it include what still have acclamation mark.

My Dell came with Windows 7. I upgraded to windows 8. When I did that with my service tag all it would show is drivers for Windows 7. You can't change it to Windows 8.

You need to note down which driver listed under Windows 7. Then search by model instead of service tag, filter by Windows 8, and cross check with the list from Windows 7.
Cheers.

You don't have the option to filter by Windows 8. I tried that.

In most cases, the drivers included in Windows 8 are vanilla drivers that may not give you full functionality for your devices. I feel, if you check the Dell site for drivers and it has Windows 8 drivers available, you should install them.

For instance, if you were to have USB 3.0 ports, you would probably not see those drivers on the Dell site since they want you to use the Windows 8 version.
