Solved Windows 8 bootable DVD

Hi, :think:
i want to make a windows 8 bootable installation DVD using the setup files stored in my computer which i have previously copied from win 8 dvd. But i don't have the win 8 boot information file or .bif file to make a bootable disk. can anybody know where to download that .bif file or any other method to make bootable disk.
Note that i don't have windows 8 installlation disk nor i have its iso, only have those setup files.

Which windows setup files?

Is it the ESD folder on the root of the drive?

You can use oscdimg or mkisofs to make a bootable iso if that is what you are after.

Not clear what you did. Do you have one directory with files inside - was it a direct copy and paste from the dvd drive?

Rt click it >properties>unblock>apply>ok

Then extract it onto your drive. You should have C:\ISOMAKER folder

Inside that rt click and run as administrator on bootiso.cmd. It will ask you to browse to the folder containing your windows setup files.
