I need the help from this community in order to better understand what I am dealing with
Any and all help is appreciated. My problem is lack of experience dealing with SSD.
Anyways
before problem occurred:
His system was running his fans at almost full load they were audible, when it came time to watch a movie even with stereo speakers his sound of his fans were in the way. Next day casual day loads up minecraft server he decided to start as project. System freezes and he is force to restart.
SIDE NOTE: he told me it was almost full SSD too
First symptoms of problem: For some reason SSD was not detected, bios ask for a boot device and said to restart or use CTRL ALT DEL. We quickly notice that motherboard fail to detect SSD. We unplug HDD and replug SSD and it now recognize the SSD but would fail to load into windows properly.
Current Situation:
Windows is at logo screen something like this!

My next move is to reinstall Windows 8. Tried changing settings on BIOS for AHCI for SSD. I heard SSD gain performance with AHCI enabled. The system just keep loading forever though with this option enable. Why can't it work with AHCI mode enable i am going to attempt to install win 8 in other mode not raid or AHCI forgot name anyways hardware in this machine

Anyways any extra tips or information on things i should or should not do would ensure me helping my friend in best way
