Dell Inspiron N5110 Not Picking up Windows 8 Please Help

I have a Core i5 Dell Inspiron N5110 with 4 GB Ram.I tried Clean Installation of Windows 8 64 Bit (Downloaded From Microsoft Dreamspark Account) with bootable USB many times about every possible management of partitions but it goes black after the installation ,where it says "Getting Device Ready @ 62% Or 60%" :(, & Restarts Automatically an then it says Repairing Drive E or F, o_O even i have only one partiton of 500 GB, I have no idea that why it is happening if i am not doing any fault???
Please Guyzz help me..

Try removing any optional devices, such as printers, scanners, USB Flash Disk, USB Mouse, USB Keyboard, etc.

I hear you, but do you get disk 0 to the point where it shows only unallocated space?

I just want to inform you it sounds like the media is either bad or the HDD is going out on you, possible whatever hardware is connected to it as well.

Options you can try:

Burn the media at slowest speed to DVD-R and setup "Boot Sequence" in BIOS to load DVD ROM first. I would definitely load your BIOS to latest version as topgundcp suggested. That should be move 1. The second step is try the DVDR method mentioned. The OS that way will be read from a source you can verify is burned slowly with proper CRC.

This is a known problem with most DELL Laptop, Once you update the BIOS then everything else is clear.
