Don't see Easeus Pro on their site.
Most of these types of software have a CD/USB stick version that you can download from their site or from the program itself.
They are a great tool for working on OS won't boot issues.

If you can't the the bootable version from EaseUS, then get the free Partition Wizard Home Edition.

This will easily delete/format the H partition.
