hello
I am building a new PC with an Asus P8Z77-V motherboard which has an UEFI Bios.
Now I am confused about the Windows 8 installation.
Does having a motherboard with UEFI Bios mean that I have to do the UEFI installation as described in the tutorial:
http://www.eightforums.com/tutorial...e-firmware-interface-install-windows-8-a.html
To me that seems complicated and not for non-expert users. As I assume all modern motherboards have UEFI Bios, it seems strange to me if Windows 8 would require such a complicated installation.
Or can I with an UEFI Bios motherboard still do a "normal" installation.
I have the impression that UEFI Bios motherboard and UEFI installation are different things.
