When I try to install windows 8 preview on my old computer, I keep getting a BSOD and it says this " ntfs_file_system "
The reason why I'm installing windows 8 on old computer is because I'm having issues with it (mainly i can't install any Microsoft Office, random freezing,, and sumtimes can't even boot)). I didn't know if it was a software problem (windows xp) or hardware (my main suspect is the HDD). I downloaded the windows 8 tool to check if it is compatible and it said yes. Also, there's no spare hard drive for me to test.
I'm trying to install the release preview.
My old computer specs:
OEM emachines computer W3506
1.5 Gb of ram DDR
ATI X200
160 GB hdd (not sata)
Intel Celeron D 356 3.33 ghz
