Solved Windows 8 Failed Setup

Hi I'm new to the forums and I'm having a problem installing Windows 8. I downloaded the Win8 assist and proceeded through the steps and purchasing a copy of Win8 Pro. Now it led me through to a long download where it took at first 11 hours but I switched Ethernet cable in where it momentarily paused before continuing at 1 min download. Then asked for a reset so I did. When coming back no sign of win 8 assist. Now whenever i click on Win 8 setup it says:

Setup is unable to launch Install.exe

The system cannot find the file specified.
[Errorr = 0x80070002]

Has the download been corrupted to the internet change? If so any idea how I can uninstall the original donwload files and do it again?
