We Can't Install Windows 8 ...

I bought 3 copies of Windows 8, two installed just fine. Surprisingly, the one on my newest machine did not (Falcon NW 32 gig RAM, 2 TB HD). After 4 hours, the machine rebooted and said "We cannot Install Windows 8 your machine has been reset to the way it was before". I tried again after unplugging all my USB devices and the same thing happened.

I guess I'll have to leave one machine on Win 7--no big deal, this is my gaming machine primarily.

Question is, how do I get a refund? I can't find any option for that on Microsoft's web site. Do I have to wait for the credit card charge to come in and then challenge it, or is there some other way.

Thanks
