Try redownloading from the email link.

Your Windows Store email said:

OK,
So now I am in trouble, I try to go download teh install files again so I can reload Windows...Now I get a message that no Windows is available for my Country and Language. Again, the install was corrupt as I never got to enter all the normal answers during Install. So how do I download files now, also I can't get into Bios to restore original O/S...Windows doesn't really shut down.

Try using the link in your email.

No need to go in to BIOS to restore original OS, you can use the Toshibia Recovery DVD's.

Thats another issue. The build option failed. I hadn't gotten back to Toshiba.
But since Windows 8 doesn't shut down, I don't know what Boot option is set in bios.
So that option may not work either.
I need back into Bios/

OK, I finally went to Microsoft Chat help desk on how to do it. They gave me a link to a site and I downloaded an ISO copy to a flash drive. I installed it with power on and selected clean install. Everything went great. It now works like I thought it should.

If you look at post 1, you find a tutorial with a link to the tool.

I got overwhelmed by the instructions when all I ended up doing was download ISO to flash drive. Then plug it in and select setup. All the other instructions weren't necessary, but thanks. I spent 6 years in Bicester in Oxfordshire. Close to you?

Now says Windows 8 incompatible when try to re-install!

Installed Windows 8 from download as already had Windows 8 Preview (after Windows 7). Fine once installed but started have driver-related crashes once updated drivers (Driver IRQL error: ndis.sys). Eventually computer crashed regularly so tried re-installing Windows 8 from download: got as far as needed to decide whether to copy to a flash or install-partly thru copying then crashing. Eventually, after several goes (downloading Windows 8 from email link) the setup for it would only go 10 seconds then no more (disappeared) but when kept trying to re-use, would say setup already running (and said it was, in Task Manager) but nothing showing. I then went to an earlier restore point and seemed to be working ok (no driver issues as deleted driver updates) but no no libraries nor video, picture folders and said an error and missing. Still won't let me get far to re-install windows 8 and now says incompatible when to compatibility run! Have ordered the disk but will it work? Also wont update latest windows update and always fault near end; error 80073712.

I would also add that if you try to download via Windows XP - it Is impossible to create an ISO file. Certainly in the case of downloading the win 8 pro upgrade. This is based on several calls to Windows 8 support.

I tried to download via the upgrade too after purchasing. 2 hours later, it said it was checking the download. Then it stopped and said the download hadn't completed and truncated what it had downloaded.

So, I ran it again and now, the upgrade tool dies almost immediately with a "download not complete, non specific error' (I think that was the exact wording

So how on earth can I download my paid for product?

Both the normal setup program and the Upgrade program give me the same error above, they will not download again. They start and then stop almost immediately with this error: (Could be 'unspecified' rather than non specific, can't remember the exact wording.)
