Conflicts During Upgrade Assistant

I ran the upgrade assistant, and got these "problems" in the results...
Should I do the upgrade as is, or, are any of these issues serious enough to hold off upgrading?

Secure Boot isn't compatible with your PC
Your PC's firmware doesn't support Secure Boot so you won't be able to use it in Windows 8.

No, I had similar issues, but they were easily sorted.

I didn't have the UEFI warning, tho...

Re-installing the devices after setting Win 8 up fixed
most issues, and Win 8 itself handled the rest.

You should be OK, but back everything up or do a
system-image backup before you start, just in case...

how did you "reinstall" the device drivers after installation?
Did you get a notice when win 8 booted up to reinstall stuff or did you have to find it on your own?
