Mobility Radeon HD 4650 - Windows 8 RTM Graphics Issues

So I have installed the RTM finally! Got it free through my college and I'm installing everything when WHAM a big issue. The Graphics... So I surf the internet and I find a solution, install catalyst 11.12 and everything well be fine. So i'm thinking alright, I'll try that and it works, problem solved. I then had a new problem, my metro apps wouldn't work, I just did a clean install at that point and it fixed the metro apps but now 11.12 doesn't work... wtf?

I have:

Dell N5010
Mobility Radeon HD 4650
Windows 8 RTM

I would like any help I can get. I play minecraft and need the OpenGL for that but I'm also a graphics artist major and need to use graphic extensive stuff like Photoshop and Guild Wars 2 *cough*

You may have a bit of a problem.

I don't know about the Inspiron, but notebook manufacturers sometimes use custom device IDs for their onboard graphics. The generic AMD installer may not recognize your graphics.

You could try contacting Dell, but I'd be pleasantly surprised if they offered support for Windows 8 prior to its retail availability (26 October).
