Hi, I am using Win 8 CP. And my graphics card is Intel GMA 3100. I have to use photoshop and other apps but I can't enable opengl. I tried searching for relevant drivers but couldn't find them. Does anyone has some trick or method to enable opengl or can you provide me with the latest drivers.

I tried this link http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=21180

but it says "This system does not meet the minimum requirements".

Thankyou.

Well,it is because the driver from Windows 8 for Intel GMA is not included with OpenGL(well maybe all of on-box graphic driver from Win 8)try this one....... this is a customized signed Graphic Driver

Maybe after installing the driver the Ps will show a message, just ignore it.Good Luck!
(Well,it's work for Intel Series 4 Mobile, but i don't know about the Series 3,maybe you can ask to that driver provider)
