Just recently purchased a 4k TV as an additional monitor for my desk. (yes, I know it's overkill but hey, I work/game/watch everything from my pc.)

As per my pc specs, I have 3 screens connected. 2 standard monitors, and the 4k tv. I did have all 3 connected to my GTX760 when I first started to notice this. I moved one of the monitors to the onboard Intel GPU, however, it seems that the crashes still seem to happen but less frequently.

No Bluescreen of death or error message. Just hard reboot. This seems to happen intermittently, but frequent.
