2 graphics card drivers causing problems

When I uninstalled the first one the problems stopped but when I restart the computer the driver automatically installs itself and causes problems again. It causes flickering and duplicates the graphics as if the 2 graphics drivers are contending with each other.

Try Disabling it, not Uninstalling it. That happened to me and disabling it fixed the problem
