Looking to Purchase Graphics Card

That card should work fine with that Dell. That particular video card isn't very fast, I'd suggest the GTX 660 or GTX 760, if you can find a good deal. You may need to upgrade your power supply, but that's a cheap ($<$100) and easy fix.

Find out how many watts your power supply puts out. Even the card you link to requires at least a 450 watt power supply and I doubt if your Dell has more then 300 or 350.
Upgrading to a good graphics card usually means upgrading your power supply first.

I would go for a NVIDIA GTX 760Ti 2Gb (OC OR non-OC)

HD7750 does not require any extra power and is happy with up to 75W that PCIx provides. It should work with up to 300 - 350W PSU. It's not some powerful GPU but is improvement over your old one.

I'm trying to avoid upgrading the power supply. It's at 450w right now.

I was just looking for a bump up from a Radeon HD 7570... so any rec. on cards ?

In that case, may I suggest a HD 7770 or 7790 (R7 260) which do need added power to them but are not too thirsty. This last one worked on my system with a 400W psu so it should work on 450W one if it's a good model. My older one, HD 3850 Top, drew more power than that and still worked fine. You get more powerful and more modern card without many troubles like changing PSU and such.

Still I would go for a GTX 780Ti (Maybe it is a 760Ti) because it uses very little power and requires no more extra connectors
