I am using a Ideapad Z580 with Windows 8.1 64 bit.
All was working fine.
But I formatted the C drive and reinstalled my Windows 8.1 OS.
Then I installed all my drivers.
After a reboot the screen started to jump(flickering).The top part of the screen(small portion) is appearing and disappearing in the bottom area.
I tried to change the refresh rate.But it is locked in 60,and no other options are available.
What could be the possible problem and is there any solution????
