Hi !
I'm using W8.1pro,also I use HDMI to sometime output video files on a TV screen, that works fine.
HDMI cable is always plugged in,primary display is set to my computer monitor.I don't always use TV screen and because of existing cable connection my OS extends image to second screen and my mouse cursor alway disappear when it goes to borders, that is an annoying situation,is there a way to disable/eanble extend display on second screen without unplug the cable, just like I can set default output sound device (computer/hdmi sound) ?

thanks for any help!

So you want to duplicate your display on to the TV? Duplicating it would basically make two of the exact same screens and your cursor wont disappear when you move to the sides. You can do this by right clicking anywhere on your desktop >> Screen Resolution >> Multiple displays - Duplicate these displays.
