Sterioscopic 3D cards question

Can anyone tell me as i`m totally clueless when it comes to this kind of thing

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 GFX Card,and i`m thinking of buying a 3D monitor,but my question is,Is current GFX card 3D capable??as in jump out the screen 3D lol
