ItsTimeToGo, welcome to the Eight forums.

First thing is that the driver you tried to install does not support your card. With your card being AGP you need this one,

AMD Catalyst? 12.6 Driver Download for AMD Radeon? AGP Graphics Products: AMD Radeon HD 4xxx, AMD Radeon HD 3xxx and AMD Radeon HD 2xxx series of products

and even then it still may work. That all depends on whether Windows 8.1 comes with a working AGP driver (part of the chipset, and totally separate from the video driver), and is needed for the video driver to install and work properly.

First, thank you for my welcome (bad English is coming...)

I unistalled all (only SDK) and I reinstalled Cataclys and SDK (or something like that) and.. same f**king error...

I have to download 3rd party tool for unistall Catalyst and drivers?

And, if Windows had AGP Drivers, why I cantchange the resolution? Problem of display, or Windos 8.1? I have to downgrade to Windows 8.0 (if its posible) or come back to Windows 7 (or install Linux...)

I post this in Windows Question Forum? In any case, thank you for you support.

I think the problem is Windows 8.1 or Driver, but no the hardware...

You are right, there's a problem with AMD/Ati video card drivers on Win 8.1. You will have to look for updated "Legacy" drivers from manufacturer. There was a change between Win 8 and 8.1 in the way drivers work. Win 7 drivers worked fine on Win 8 except for CCC that required .Net 4.0 to work.

Check again for proper drivers, it took them couple of weeks to release 8.1 drivers for my HD 3850 PCIe card. If you are satisfied with how W8 works, downgrade to it, there is not too great difference between Win 8 and 8.1 to sacrifice good work of video card.

The problem is not the AMD driver, but the lack of a functioning AGP/GART driver. Your motherboard has the old SiS 661FX chipset on it and it hasn't seen an update in over 8 years (the last update was for XP back in May of 2005). No idea if it will work or not but you can go here,

SiS - Welcom to Silicon Integrated Systems Corporation.

and download and then try and install it manually through Device Manager. If it does work then the AMD driver should install.

I'm just hoping that you are not going to hold your breath waiting for drivers for such an old hardware for newer and newer OS ?
