It this the Enterprise trial edition you've upgraded to? Is then an upgrade or clean install? If so, that might be the reason right there. Or it could be a corrrupt/missing system file. Try running sfc /scannow in a cmd prompt and see what it finds.

Did you install new Win8 drivers for the AMD card?
I've the latest driver installed 13.4. I keep updating to the latest stable version once it is out.

It is a clean install
I've already tried sfc /scannow before and it finds some errors and should fix them, but this error shows after then.

There is another thing that could be related to this problem.
I exchange some games with my friend, and his computer is nearly the same spec as mine except he has a dual core Processor, different PSU, case, ram, HDD Manufacturer. We both were having the same OS back when I was running windows 7.
But, some games are laggy at my computer where they run smooth at his.

Could it be a problem of my PSU ?
Or if there is a problem with the PSU the computer won't start at all ?
Or what could be the problem ????

It's still the trial version of Enterprise, which as far as I know, doesn't have all the features of the full released version. Which I'm guessing is part of the problem with the latest AMD driver. It's having some sort of conflict/compatibility issue.

Is your friend running the trial version of Enterprise as well? What size PSU do you have?

No it is not trial. It's full activated.

My friend is running Windows 7 Ultimate, and I was speaking back when I was running Win 7 as well.

PSU I really don't know as I was not paying attention when buying my computer, and the guy at the store choose this PSU "I don't know so much about building a pc", but here is a pic of it

But to be honest it is not a good brand at all. It is half the price of 400 W of good known brands, but the computer was running without problems for about 2 years.

Let's try this then. Uninstall the AMD driver as you would normally. Then use Driver Fusion to remove any remnants that may be lingering on the system. Then reboot, then re-download the driver from AMD and reinstall.

What brand GPU do you have?
