Hello,
I just recently upgraded from Windows 7 64-bit to Windows 8 64-bit, and everything is running smoothly, except my AMD Radeon HD 6700M graphics card is having some trouble. It shows up in the device manager, but has an exclamation point by it. Whenever I run games, it always uses the Intel HD graphics. I have Catalyst Control Centre, but there are no options for my graphics card. I changed the graphics dual option to "Fixed" in BIOS. I've tried uninstalling, and reinstalling, and still no luck. The latest CCC I got was from the HP Rep. I chatted with. It didn't show an exclamation point before I rebooted so I assumed everything was fixed. Whenever I try downloading from the AMD website, I get incompatible software even though I am in the right category, so the sticky threads above I've had no luck with yet. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!
