Graphics Drivers

Could anyone please find me a link for the correct graphics driver for my laptop.
I went on the NVIDIA website to find the correct driver and when I fill in the correct information it comes up with the driver.
When i attempt to install it, it says
"Setup detected that the operating system in use is not Windows Vista [32 bit]/7[64 bit]. The installation will now be terminated"

Sony VAIO VGN AR31S
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 GT GPU

The latest driver that I can find for that GPU on the NVidia website is 179.48, dated Feb 11 2009. I note that you have a Sony VAIO, and, to quote NVidia:

I'm sorry for not replying, I haven't logged into the forums in a while.
Try these drivers. I've pre-compiled them from laptopvideo2go which is how I like to install the latest Nvidia driver (even though it's not supported )

-Version 310.90- SIGNEDMediaFire
64bit [DEL]310.90_win8x64.exe[/DEL]
32bit [DEL]310.90_win8x32.exe[/DEL]

You may also need the custom certificate installer if it doesn't want to install.
Make sure to perform a clean install too. (uninstall any old drivers)
