Dual monitor problem

GPU: mobile intel express 4 series chipset family
Displays: 2x Dell 1907FP
connected to a dell dock.


Other peeps here all got the same setup but there's one person who has a problem where in windows 8 it won't use the other monitor till he removes the driver and re-detects it again and than it works.

But than after restarting the system the same problem again windows only shows up on 1 monitor so he has to remove and re-detect the driver again than it will show windows on both monitors.

Tried reinstalling the driver manually of the intel site but still no luck.

So anybody a idea whats going on here?

Is the monitor connected via HDMI? I've noticed that HDMI doesn't always give the correct presence signals. HDMI connected monitors often won't come out of standby mode automatically either.

DVI but also tried direct connecting 1 monitor to the VGA port of the laptop while he other is connected thru the dock DVI but still no result till as I mentioned before he throws out the Intel drivers and lets it re-detect it
