Solved SSD Drive and Windows 8 Installation

I am running Windows 7. My SSD Drive (C) only has the operating system loaded. All of my User Accounts and Programs are installed on my D Drive. When I install Windows 8, is it going to try to create Usera Accounts on my C Drive?

When you installed Windows 7, where did it create the user accounts? You moved them after the fact, did you not? Windows 8 will do the same thing.
