Ok so been looking around and have seen there are lots kinds of Windows 8 out there right now and I feel I am running behind as I am on Win 8 CP Build 8250. I have heard a lot about the RP ver has lots of fixes in it but also there is a RMT ver out as well. I just want to know what is the best one out there to be using.
Any RTM version that is out there now is a leak...meaning there is a possibility of it being hacked/manipulated/changed (otherwise...not quite the real deal). And in order to get ahold of it, you have to utilize torrent sites or other websites which provide access to software that is not freely distributable.
The current Release Preview is the officially provided copy from Microsoft that is intended for personal use at the present time. Unfortunately, there have been some changes between the RTM and the RP...so if you use the RP at the present time, it's not going to be 100% identical to the finished product. Raw functionality will be just about the same, it's just some themes, colors and other visual changes that will differ.
The choice is yours as to which you are comfortable using.

I just hope I can get the sound to work in the RP one of the only reasons I may go back to Win 7 for a bit but as it is Beta I can understand the reasons for this. I know the drivers will slowly start to support Win 8 as well just a matter of time.
