Are your hard drives presuming you have a SSD for main also removable media???

If you disconnected power to those drives without ejecting I am going to assume it dumped their data and is a total loss you will have to reinstall.

I'm a pretty heavy user I have followed these forums since I can remember learning on stuff but my last reformat even I forgot to eject my 5TB WD Black with all my DVD rips copied on it yup it is not pleasant but happens.

Most people eject them I use but since then any time I need a reformat I just disconnect the SATA cables so they wont read during install and my system picking up my SSD as "MAIN" drive this a personal choice but never had a issue I prefer to wipe my main OS a few times a year.

It is either that or your boot file got corrupted you may be able to save it if so last time my boot file went bad I had to reformat but was preferred plenty of info in forums use the search best of luck
