"Some settings are managed by your System Administrator"

Dear all,

I'm using Windows 8.1 64-bit, and I haven't been able to change Power Options/System Settings/Change settings that are currently unavailabe settings.

When I clicked "Change settings that are currently unavailabe", It says "Some settings are managed by your System Administrator", and some check box was in grey that I can't make change to them.

Please kindly check attached picture for details and help! I had already search but can't find any threads that sovles my problem.
