how to get rid of the text at the bottom?

Use white-out, just apply it to the lower right corner over the text

There is a way to do this BUT and this is a big but, you can't get rid of it without messing with system files. Once you start messing with system files all bets are off on anything else working properly. To sum it up, it's not worth the hassle.

Its often referred to as a Watermark. There are utilities to remove it but as mentioned, it could make your system unstable. That code is embedded in a system file.
