black screen after Preparing automatic repair windows 8.1

When i boot i get Preparing for automatic repair and than i get black screen, i have seen this post Windows stuck in Preparing automatic repair and then stuck during - Microsoft Community, so i made a bootable usb with windows 8 but when i boot from that i get black screen after windows logo, i don't get to select any thing, it happens after very first screen. What is the problem and what should i do?
Also i don't have separate graphics card. I have installed many programs so i don't want fresh install (if possible).

I have also tried making recovery usb from another windows 8 machine. but there also i am stuck with initial logo and then black screen.
