Solved Window Script Host (loading script error)

I keep receiving this error everytime starting up my laptop. Can anyone help me?

Press WindowsKey + r
then type in the field
shell:startup
and hit Enter.

The script shortcut should be in that folder. If you just want it to stop trying to start every time you log on, delete it. If you are trying to run it post back.
