How to sync my system date and time from internet ? error

I live in Israel I changed the time zone to Jerusalem and still the time isee now is 12:49 AM while the real time now here is almost 8 PM
The date is correct.

What I did is going to control panel > date and time > internet time > change settings > update now

When I click on update now button no matter what server I select in the combo box now it's on time.windows.com it's thinking some time about 10-20 seconds then i'm getting a message error: An error occurred while windows was sync...with time.windows.com

The same error i'm getting on all server there I tried.
Once I think I got success to update but it didn't update the time, the time still not correct.

What else can I do to update the time ?

But it didn't work. It did once when changed in services to automatic on the windows time properties it did for once I saw a successful message like it did update in the internet time but still the time is not correct. And now when I click update now button again the error happen again.

Hi. you might have some Firewall that is blocking Windows from updating the time from the internet. If you have any Firewall, try to temporarily close it down completely. Try to update the time. If it works, then there ya go! Restart the computer (so your Firewall will load up once again to its default manner) and go into your Firewall's settings, and try to unblock that site from there.

As you can see in my picture. I get that message I put in the green box just a few seconds after I press Update Now. So the server seems to be working as of now.
