Every time I try to copy a file or save a file it says that I need to provide administrative access or something, and it has a little admin shield icon next to continue, and 75% of the time it works, 25% of the time it keeps looping that window. I searched the actual message when I first installed W8 and someone provided a link to a script that installed in the windows folder (yeah I know, sounds safe!) and it added something to the right click menu that says "Take ownership" and when I do that to the folder it stops giving me the popup. But I don't have time to do that to the millions of files and folders on my first hard drive, let alone my storage hard drive. Is there some general way to fix this?
I still have it in my context menu, I was just asking if there was a faster way to do it to all the folders/files on my computer. It took over 4 hours to do it to my program files x86 folder, and I have another hard drive to do still and every other folder in the first one.
